Sierra Dobbins is the visionary behind the Magnolia Project, a transformative initiative focused on uplifting at-risk youth, advocating for children in the child services system, and supporting families impacted by addiction and mental health challenges. Sierra holds two master’s degrees in Public Safety and Criminal Justice, as well as a certification in Human Resources, equipping her with a diverse skill set for leading the project.
From 2019 to 2023, Sierra worked as a Case Manager for the Department of Child Services in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she specialized in high-risk cases involving child neglect, sexual trafficking, and other critical child protection issues. Her experience in these areas fueled her passion to create meaningful change, and it was this work that inspired her to launch the Magnolia Project after relocating to Arizona.
Through the Magnolia Project, Sierra is committed to providing holistic case management, education, skills training, and well-being resources for children and families. Her mission is to foster resilience, bridge the gap between healthcare and personal growth, and create a brighter future for those she serves.
